Hooligan Joins the Miracle of City of Hope

We recently contributed to agency Interplanetary’s multimedia campaign for City of Hope – a world leader in the research and treatment of cancer, diabetes, and other serious diseases.  Underscored by the slogan, “The Miracle of Science with Soul,” the inspirational campaign shines a light on the many cancer care innovations pioneered by the scientists and doctors of the not-for-profit’s Southern California campus.

Led by Eric Carlson, Kane Platt and Alejandro Delgado, Hooligan provided a suite of post-production services for the campaign’s six TV spots, which were directed by Rick Knief via production house Table of Content. The trio wove the montages together after Interplanetary and Table of Content scripted and filmed vignettes of the various subjects represented in the spots.

Hooligan also cut a series of educational video content in conjunction with the campaign, which Interplanetary conceived to serve both internal and external communication strategies for City of Hope.

For Hooligan, the campaign signals the latest success in a long history of creative collaborations serving the healthcare sector with Interplanetary and Table of Content. In addition to previous work for City of Hope, the companies notably partnered on the headline-grabbing “Someday is Today” launch campaign for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society,” among many others.
